THE GATHERING OF ONE
June 18-21

The annual Global Eden Events present an opportunity for spiritual growth and spiritual camaraderie by working intimately with the angelic realm to bring change not only to ourselves but to the world in general. The Event is aimed at calling together those who have dedicated their lives to their own spiritual path by coming together with others in what is called “a gathering.” Those who would like to come to the Eden Event but have not been to a gathering will have the opportunity to participate in this process at the Event. PURPOSE

The theme of this year’s Eden Event is the paths of TRUTH that lead to wisdom! At last year’s Eden Event, the JOY of the Divine returned to the Earth. In 2006, at the Eden Event in Estes Park, Colorado, the Shekinah (the feminine divine presence of God) returned to the Earthly realm.  We have learned since then, though, that two primary components—joy and wisdom—are required for the continued indwelling of the Shekinah in this realm.  Those attending the 2008 Event will be given an unparalleled opportunity to foster change upon our Earth – that change must come through us. With 444 participants in sacred geometric formation we will usher in this great moment. In addition, we are also being given the opportunity to create the divine marriage between the Metatron (Divine Masculine) and the Shekinah (Divine Feminine) within and, in turn, to bring sanity to the leaders of the world and the first vibrations of peace.

Global Support Groups

This year we have a lot of support from various other groups who have the same goals as we do. And that is to change the world in which we live. Due to the large amount of support we are beginning to see, it is best to sign up early and reserve accommodations quickly to secure a spot at this life-changing event. Already we have a commitment from several indigenous people about educating us their view point on the coming together of the Eagle and the Condor (North American and South American tribes, the Grandmother and the Grandfather). We are also talking to other groups who represent over 300 organizations around the world dedicated to the cause of global peace. What an exciting time!


PRESENTATIONS

Over the four-day event, different aspects of Sacred Truth will be presented: the Dance of Oneness, the Grand Formation, the Great Blessing, the history and meaning of the “Coming of the Metatron,” the prophecies of Wisdom around the coming together of the Eagle and the Condor, and the Opening Within to the Divine Oneness. This will be an uplifting event that will foster personal transformation; and through that, global transformation. All will be shown how we are going to move into communion with groups all around the world as we connect via the Grand Formation to sacred geometric formations in different countries around the globe. Already we are talking to CommonPassion.org regarding the potential of outreach to millions of people around the world who will call forth Oneness along with us. Recognize that this may be the opportunity of a lifetime.

WHEN- Event—June 18 - June 22, 2008;

  Gatherings—June 17;

               Travel days—June 16 or 17 and June 22.

The 16 or 17 and the 22 are travel days. However, if you are attending the gatherings here they will be held on the 17^th. Arrive anytime convenient for you on the 17th, and leave anytime on the 22th. On June 18^th, the opening presentation begins at 10 AM, which means you must be registered, checked in and ready by then. Because this event is a group effort, and the presentations are all essential components of the transformation that we wish to create, no partial attendance is permitted. MINIMUM DONATIONS – $333.00 (does not include transportation, lodging, or food – please see below)

Discounted Donations Available, as follow:

$250.00 if donation paid in full by November 30, 2007 (early bird special)

$275.00 if donation paid in full by February 29, 2008.

$300.00 if donation paid in full by April 30, 2008.

PLEASE NOTE:  In order to receive any discounted event fee, the entire donation amount must be paid in full by the date noted on the current fee schedule.

Children’s Rates:

Age 5 and under:         Free

Ages 6-11:                   $75.00

Age 12 and older:       Regular donation amount for the event (see above)

Family Rates:

Families of three or more will receive a $50.00 per adult person discount. There are no family discounts on child rates.

PLEASE NOTE:  Due to limited space, reservations are not held without a deposit.   

Once a deposit is given, there are NO REFUNDS. All donation payments, including those made by credit card, are NON-REFUNDABLE.  All cancelled reservation deposits will be put into the scholarship fund to assist others in attending.

MEALS – This year the food package available is going to be fabulous!  All meals will be specially prepared for us by the chef, buffet style in Hayden Hall at the Holiday Inn.

The whole package which includes: 4 Breakfasts, 4 Lunches, 4 Dinners on June 18 – June 21.

If you prefer to eat some meals on your own you can decide to pick only partial food packages. You can pick breakfast only, lunch only, or dinner only; or any combination of the below, for example lunch and dinner or breakfast and lunch, etc.

Breakfast only:	$47.00 for adults; $26.00 for children.
Lunch only:	$53.00 for adults; $35.00 for children.
Dinner only:	$128.00 for adults (regular option) $106.00 for adults (vegetarian option) $53.00 for children (regular option) $33.00 for children (vegetarian option)

Resort policy requires that only those who have purchased the food package, and who present a meal ticket at each meal, may eat in the space reserved for the group.

If you desire to purchase any of these food packages, you must tell Mara, Rita or Robbie by May 1, 2008.  If you do not add a meal plan when you register for the event you have until May 1 to order it.  Full payment will be made to Angel Gate Creations and is required at the time the order is placed. Food payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. AFTER MAY 1, 2008 YOU WILL BE ON YOUR OWN FOR FOOD.

Other Food Options:

It is not required for you to purchase the food package and eat with the group.

You may wish to eat in the restaurant in the lounge of the resort (Be aware of the possibility of long lines), bring your own food, or go someplace else (The town is only 5 blocks either direction so everything is within walking distance).  Remember, though, that time at the event is always limited and that mealtimes can be rather brief. The potential exists for thousands of people to arrive in town to support this event, so expect restaurants and hotels to fill very quickly.

BABYSITTING ─ There are no babysitters.  Parents are responsible for their children.  There are a number of activities available down the street from the resort for a small fee.

EDEN MALL SPACES – Vendor space this year is limited to 40 tables, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Each space includes an 8-foot draped table and costs $175.00 per table.  Shopping times will be scheduled throughout the conference on break times. Please note: Vendors MUST register with the event in the Union Pacific Dining Hall prior to setting up.

PLEASE NOTE THAT RESORT POLICY DOES NOT ALLOW THE SALE OF FOOD OR BEVERAGES FROM OUTSIDE SOURCES.

AIRPORTS & TRAVEL PLANS – The West Yellowstone Airport operates seasonally June 1 through September 30. It is serviced by SkyWest Airlines (Delta Connection). Car rentals and taxi service available.

Located just one mile north of West Yellowstone, Montana and two miles north of Yellowstone, West Yellowstone’s airport is THE closest airport to Yellowstone Park. WYS is the 8th largest of Montana’s 121 airports. WYS hosts private and commercial service, as well as one of the ten smoke jump bases for USFS Interagency Fire Control.

With its close proximity to Yellowstone, excellent facilities, and un-crowded skies, the West Yellowstone airport is perfect base for your entire Yellowstone vacation or just a weekend fly-in.
